This is a very nice 1966 Avion 27 foot, single axle travel trailer. It was used at the lake, in Michigan as a guest house for the last 10 years. It has been nice to have but it is time for it to go. I recently brought the trailer back home to Tennessee. It has new tires and wheels and front jack. It pulled very nice down the interstate at 70MPH. I used a set of temporary lights that are included in the sale. It weighs around 3000 LBS. There are no large dents just a few minor dings and scratches. The trailer does not appear to be leaking. The floor is solid however some has been replaced in the past. The chassis seems very solid. The 110 volt system works in the camper. The refrigerator has been replaced with an electric only unit that works fine. We never tried the water or LP (tanks are updated though) systems. I am assuming the water and LP system will need some work to use. The awning is in poor condition. I do have a clear title for this trailer. Some paint on the inside is pealing off from the ceiling.
