This is what I know about the camper. It was left on the property that I bought for hunting I do I repeat I do have a title for it this is a 1965 Phoenix 15rg 16 foot if I measured correctly RG travel trailer It does show some water damage but not sure if it’s just from sitting. From what I can tell there is one soft spot on the floor just as you walk in the camper I don’t know if the stove or anything else and it works what you see is what you get no signs of mice infestation or anything like that you’re probably going to need to bring a set a tires with you. It is a middle of a field I will help you get it onto the road if necessary or if you pay in full and I send you the title you can leave it there till spring it doesn’t matter to me as long as it gets paid for feel free to ask whatever questions you can I will answer the best I can on the limited knowledge I have on it .the seams on the camper all look really great NO SHIPPING MUST PICK UP its in the middle of a field I will help get to the road
