Selling my 1965 GMC Open Road Royale. Known in its day as "The House Car". These things are incredibly rare and have everything you need to survive on the road all while doing so in pretty much 1 of a kind style. The back porch and sliding glass doors are what make this motorhome truly special. Chances of finding another for sale let alone in this condition with low miles is slim and none. I wouldn"t be selling but I just bought a house and need the money. This particular one was owned by an older gentleman from Estes Park, CO who used it to take fishing trips to Nebraska during the summers. I drove it home in the snow about 2 Christmas" ago. It was a 3 hour trip and did great even in the snow. Has a good running commercial/industrial GMC 305 V6 with only 59,000 original miles on her. Has over head air conditioning as well as under the dash AC while you drive which is also pretty rare for the year. The pictures aren"t very clear but I can get better/more pictures per request for serious buyers. THESE THINGS ARE MEGA RARE. IF YOU GOOGLE THEM YOU"LL FIND TWO ON THE INTERNET. THEY DID AN ARTICLE ON BARNFINDS ABOUT HOW COOL THEY ARE AND THERE IS ONE BEING PRAISED ON YOUTUBE. Other than that seeing one of these is pretty well unheard of.
