“This 1965 International Harvester spent its first part of its life as a shuttle bus at Yosemite National Park. After its service at Yosemite someone did an excellent job converting it into an RV with custom woodwork and new appliances. The motor was rebuilt with very little miles on it. New paint and recent mechanical work has been completed. The bus runs and drives great. This would make a great RV, Tiny Home, Burning Man bus, movie prop, Food Truck, or marketing tool for any business.” |

CALL US TODAY WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR TO MAKE THIS AWESOME BUS YOURS! WE HAVE A BUNCH OF GREAT TRANSPORTERS THAT CAN HELP WITH SHIPPING. JUST GIVE US A CALL! This bus is so cool in so many ways! Not only has it been converted to an awesome RV, but its history is pretty cool, too! Before it was made into an RV this bus was put to work at Yosemite National park where it shuttled workers and visitors throughout the park. The stories this bus could tell would be amazing! Once it was retired it was bought by a couple that hired a master carpenter here in Venice Beach, CA to convert it into an RV / Tiny Home. The project was completed, but unfortunately the bus never hit the open road. A friend told us about this amazing bus and once we saw it we knew we had to make sure it got back on the road to create some more awesome stories! We got it cleaned up and serviced and all it needs now is a new owner to write its next chapter. Highlights : Professionally converted To RV / Tiny Home Beautiful Custom Woodwork Throughout All New Appliances (Oven/Stove, Tankless Water Heater, Refrigerator, Freezer/Ice-Maker, Microwave, etc.) Rebuilt Motor - Runs & Drives Great Rust Free California Bus New Paint Exterior : The bus is rock solid and rust free, which is pretty amazing for being 54 years old. It has a fresh coat of paint and all of the chrome trim has been cleaned and polished, which shines bright. The wheels, bumpers and trim have also been cleaned up and painted. It shows very well and you can’t get far without people wanting to take a picture and inquire about the bus. Interior: The interior is also in excellent condition and all has been done to a very high level. The woodwork is incredible, which was done by a master carpenter in Venice Beach, CA. All of the seating, storage and virtually the entire interior has been done with beautiful mahogany wood. The carpet in the front of the bus and the wood laminate floor in the rear has both been replaced. All of the appliances are also new and have never been used. All of the owner"s manuals are still in them. It has a large refrigerator, a freezer with an ice-maker, an oven and stove, microwave, heater, Bosch tankless water heater and even two sinks and a shower.
There is built-in storage throughout the bus with latches to prevent any doors from sliding open. A bunch of storage in both the kitchen, as well as in the rear of the bus where there is a closet and a bunch of drawers. There is a table with two bench seats with the fresh water tank under one seat and a bunch of storage under the other seat. There is a bed that slides from the top of the storage in the rear at the back of the bus. The table and area over the driver"s seat could also be converted to sleeping areas. Mechanical: The RV conversion was professional done with all high quality components. All of the appliances are new and were professionally installed. All of the wiring is labeled and done right. It has both Shore hookup as well as an inverter that powers all of the accessories while driving. The bus"s motor was rebuilt by the previous owner, which has very few miles on it since the rebuild. Although it was running fine, we just completed a full tune-up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, coil, etc.) and oil service. We also replaced the brake Master Cylinder and flushed the system. The bus starts easy and runs and drives great. This bus is so cool and could be perfect for so many different applications. The obvious would be to use it as it was intended as an RV and start creating your own adventures. It would also be great for a marketing tool for any business or restaurant, brewery or winery. It could also be perfect for Burning Man, or music festival, or an awesome movie prop. The possibilities are endless! Please contact us with any questions. We will promptly reply to inquires via , or you can also contact us at: 310-600-1182. We are also happy to assist with shipping for any out-of-state buyers. We have a lot of great transporters we can put you in contact with.
