Vehicle description
Vintage 1965 Apache Silver Eagle Pop Up for sale. Only weighs 400 lbs and can be towed by ANY vehicle. It can easily be set up or taken down in only a few minutes. It is light enough to disconnect from the car and roll anywhere you want it. This camper is AMAZING and I am so sad to sell it but my family of 5 is going to be traveling full time and we need something larger.
This unit is very clean and is in excellent condition. Canvas is only a few years old and has no leaks. There is one very small light area (see photos) that has been that way since we got the canvas but has never leaked since the rubber roof coating is intact. There are a TON of windows that provide a fantastic cross breeze. Window canvas can be opened revealing heavy gauge plastic windows that allow light in but keep out the cold. The plastic windows can then be opened to allow maximum airflow. It feels like you are sleeping right outside! We have camped in temperatures ranging from 20 to 95 with only a small portable electric heater and fan.
Inside there are 2 queen beds with brand new memory foam mattresses. (Sheets and bedding in picture is for show only and does not come with camper). There is a large metal cabinet that raises up off the ground and doubles as a counter. It has the original Apache Flooring that most units do not have. There are some tears and one hole in the vinyl. We have kept it covered with a carpet the whole time.
There is a good amount of storage space when the camper is closed. We normally have 3 full sized totes under there holding all of our dishes, lanterns supplies etc.
Extra"s that will also come with the camper is a spare tire and Coleman camp stove.
