95% original. Outside aluminum skin is 100% original. Has full aluminum cover on the outside bottom of trailer. The interior has original stove, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet, shower, sofa/beds and lighting. Outside includes original screen, outside door and two propane tanks. Five of the eleven storage doors have been relplaced and original floor has been covered over with newer flooring but original floor can be used. Refrigerator has been replaced with a larger one. Air conditioner is in excellent shape.
