This camper is all original. I bought it 6 years ago to restore and here it still sits. so it needs a new home. It HAS leaked in the past. Front and back windows were both broke out at some point in its life so it has gotten rained in. Top vents are all dry rotted and cracked. So they have leaked in the past. They do have silver leak proof vent tape on so they do not leak now. Cabinets have obviously gotten wet or damp in their 52 years of life. they are pealing off in some spots. Braces under camper are good. Floors and walls are not soft but there is water stains. I do not know if electrical, plumbing, air or heat work but it is all there. Camper Needs a good cleaning and some personal touches and needs new roof vents. This camper would make a great restoration project. It needs new tires if you will be towing it a distance.
