Twin size bed with new mattress and table folds down into a second bed with the bench cushions. Propane hookup with small vintage stove and oven. Hookup for propane light. No electric, but has electric power strip ran inside to connect to electric if available. Sink with drain pipe. Comes with a portable toilet that slides under the bed for storage.
