Original condition 1964 24ft Tradewind.
Exterior Condition: No dents or dings to speak of on the body overall. Very solid. Some denting in the underbelly corner, passenger side (pictured and shown in the video). Leveling jacks (3 mounted on underbelly, one is off). All windows and doors work, key for door lock and all hatches.
Original fridge removed, but mini locking fridge inside and working.
New 12v battery just installed. 12v system and convertor work. 120v electrical all works.
Water system untested - water pump is not working.
Propane system untested (no tanks).
Had an rooftop AC unit, but its been removed and patched. Wiring and condensate drain still intact if one wanted to put an AC unit back on.
Rear vent fan works, all roof hatches work and are secure.
New items: New battery
New Wheels
New Brakes
