1964 Beechcraft Bonanza S-35.

Been maintained but no flown for a few years, ran regularly, annual just completed.
I have no time to fly and no interest just time to let it go.
Ruddervators reskinned in 2019
Annuals have been extensive, fuel bladders have both been replaced.
Floors have been replaced, sealed and new carpet kit installed
I have both aft seats(5th&6th) only one is currently installed.
Needs paint job/some old hail spots fixed if desired and updated electronics.
Hours on airframe/engine/prop are included in maintenance photos attached.

On Oct-15-21 at 12:51:37 PDT, seller added the following information: This aircraft had been hangared until a few months ago, hangar construction required them to move it outside. On Oct-17-21 at 06:48:40 PDT, seller added the following information: There is a JPI EDM 830 installed.
Plane is equipped with stec autopilot with altitude hold. I have a gpss unit that is not installed to couple roll rate autopilot to gps that will go with plane, I was waiting to upgrade panel to install it.
Aircraft has throw-over yolk in addition to double installed.
Buyer could not get financing, relisted. Send offers.
