This Airstream is a very Unique Trailer
One of 14 made in 1965 for the Air force as a Communications Trailer . Lived most its life at Nellis Air Force Base in the dry desert of Nevada .
These trailers were put on C130"s and flown all over the world . Kind of a rolling computer . The most advanced technology at the time .
The shell is 16 feet . . hitch to bumper is 21 feet . A very attractive compact size . Weight approximately 3000 lbs.
The frame . . hitch and bumper are all heavy duty . . the front hitch and rear bumper are fitted with Atwood jacks ( 4 of them ) .
This trailer has cross over appeal for many people .
* Military enthusiast or Veteran may want to restore it . . . . would look great towed behind WW2 Jeep .
* Vince Gills manager purchased a similar trailer and converted it into a mobile recording studio.
*Could be repurposed into on of the most unique hunting trailers imaginable . The curved hatch doors on each side would make some awesome gun racks . Would look very cool rolling behind behind a nice truck .
*A Craftsman who wanted to promote the quality of his work . . Could repurpose this trailer into a rolling advertisement and tool hauler .
* photography studio
* hair salon
*brew wagon
*coffee shack
*The sky and your imagination are the only limits to repurposing this very unique rare trailer .
