This 13" Ace Camper is rare and as far as I can tell, made only a few years. I have owned it since 2005. Move out of state (across country) is forcing the sale. When I purchased it, it was hand painted cream color with a brush. I used Rustoleum to repaint about 5 years ago. It could use touch up in places. It has 13" chrome Cragar S/S wheels with matching spare. Painted propane tank to match exterior. Interior has NO BATHROOM. It does have a closet that can hold a porta potty. It does have a sink. When we bought it, the drain was clogged and we never had it unclogged. We always camped at state parks with water/bath amenities. It does have a fresh water tank. 3 burner stove. It had an ice box but I removed it and put in a wine cooler. Wine cooler is not included. It does have a dorm style refrigerator in the camper. Original interior teal and white tin is in amazing condition. I replaced the old ugly paneling with wainscoting and stained a nice cherry color. I laid laminate flooring over the original linoleum. The table lowers to a bed. Overhang can accommodate a child. Sleeps 2 comfortably (separately). 1500 lbs of easy towing. I pulled it (loaded) with a 4x4 Ranger and recently a 2016 4x4 Frontier. The roof DOES NOT LEAK. It could use a new or repaired skin to right of door eventually. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding. all sale are final.
