Get ready for warmer weather! ! ! This small 8 ft long canned ham camper is a breeze to pull, single axle, tires are newer (i believe they are 14"s) and in great shape, baby moon hubcaps. Wheel bearings were packed last summer. Heat works great as well as the stove. No A/C but all the windows (except back window crank out) Table folds down into a bed. And back couch pulls out to a slighly larger bed. Sleeps 2-3. I started tinning the inside of the roof, and have the tin left to finish. There is a spot for a ceiling vent fan (i bought a brand new one just needs to be installed. I have a few various other new items including ceiling lights (again just needs to be installed.) This camper was stored indoors for quite a few years and just put out this spring. VERY SOLID. Newer rubber roof. I have not seen any leaks. ( and it has been out in a few rains recently) The fridge is not original, but functional. There are a few cosmetic things to finish, but basically ready to camp in. There are 4 original leveling jacks included. Use it as a she shed, Air BNB, or take it out on the road! I have not seen too many of this canned-ham/hump back style!
