This Trailorboat was produced by Trailorboat Engineering Co. of San Rafael, California, a large manufacturer of fiberglass and aluminum boats in the 1950"s and 60"s. This camper / boat combination was marketed in 1961, 1962 and 1963. Total number of this model is unknown, a good guess is about 200. Few are in existence today. Advertising at the time listed the weight at 640 pounds. The camper is registered as a trailer. Clear Title certificate is in hand, registration is current. The original odd looking round taillights were replaced. Plywood floor is solid, strong frame shows light surface rust. Tires are one year old. Moon hub caps are proper 1950"s-60"s trailer boat hub caps. Wooden motor mount board is split in two, but have it to use as a pattern for a new one. This item is sold "as is - where is". No refunds, but be assured there are no surprises. A superb example of this 1960"s classic. Deposit of $500.00 due at close of auction. Balance due in cash within 10 days (exceptions can be made).
