1963 Shasta Astro 16FT SUPER RARE "split bedroom" MODEL with overhanging bunk. Reluctantly selling this vintage beauty after buying it in Wisconsin in 2019 and driving it down Route 66 to California. Weighs 2100lbs.Light and easy to tow. Did all of Route 66 with no issues. It is now homed in Oceanside, California. Amazing vintage trailer in excellent condition for her age with so many original features still intact including the entire kitchen (all counters, sink and faucet), fridge (propane, not working), stove (propane, working), water tank (not working), light fixtures, birch interior paneling, Shasta magazine rack, metal screen door and drop down Formica tables. The floor is new and the cupboard doors are all newly remade in matching birch. I have original Shasta copper boomerang handles ready to be put on the doors. She had some water damage which was fixed by the previous owner and anew exterior paint job completed in 2019. The interior water damaged birch panels (one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom, see pics) still need replacing. The floor at the back has come away from the wall a bit and will need a fix. All the running lights are functional but the back left signal, so I have temporary magnetic signal lights on the back bumper at the moment. I have the original title and the California title is in progress. I started it during Covid and was not able to complete during the government shutdown.
