1963 Mooney M20C Mark 21 Airframe TT: 4115 Engine SMOH: 160 Prop SMOH: 160 Radios: Bendix/King KX155 Narco Com 180 Narco DME 890 (Intermittent) Benson/King KLN 90B Garmin GTX 327 (No ADS-B)
This is a wonderful first complex airplane, time builder, or inexpensive cross country machine. Aircraft has fresh annual done in April 2019. Plane has complete logs. Exterior paint is in decent shape 6/10. Interior is probably a 5/10 really jus need s new drop in carpet. Besides that good condition. Very well maintained aircraft. It has no mechanical problems. Fuel takes have NO leaks I them. Engine and props were overhauled together in 2008. Pre-buy, test flights, etc inspections must be done before auction closes. The plane is located at KFWS.
