Airstream travel trailer project with over $1500 of brand new parts included. My loss is your gain. Have not had the time to focus on this project and we need to clear the space for a house building project. I bought it 2 years ago as a "usable" original, but found the usual floor rot and had to start the reno. Now gutted and ready for restoration. Reserve is low and I am willing to take a considerable loss to move it. Original floor plan was with bathroom at the rear. I can also supply photos before it was stripped as well as original floor plan and several alternative plans for new layout.
Brand new CORRECT axle with electric brakes ($900+) shocks and mounts goes with the trailer. Also various brand new tools, rivets, POR15 etc with additional value over $600. Interior was fitted with wooden frame to lift body off safely (to work on frame and install new floor), which will give some stability for careful towing. Original interior end caps and aluminum walls are included in sale as well if required.
Frame does need some welding and re-inforcement. I got a quote of $1200 for that work to be done on site, but much of the frame could be retained and treated with the included POR15. There is a dent in the rear right roof. Tools to work on that dent are included in sale.
I am also willing to discuss delivering the Airstream within 250 miles or so of Southern Connecticut - but only after buyer has inspected on-site and paid first.
