1963 Airstream Overlander "THE FLAMINGO"~ Air$tream

This airstream is gorgeous. I"ve been renting it out and making 24k a year (documented) with flattering reviews. I built this myself and the quality is supreme - positive energy and attention to detail from gifted and creative hands.
The floors are 130 year old tongue and grove stained white with blue resin poured over (the stuff that is on surfboards or bar tables or surfaces). Groovy and beautiful.
Metal in the bathroom is custom fit high grade polished aluminum. The fridge is new, AC is new. Stove, lights, and coloring look good.
Bathroom door is custom-fit and antique, fashioned with heavy metal rolling bars that let it glide across the room.
Has fridge (can be powered by either propane or electric). Stove, TV, resin floor, neon Flamingo light, shower, new paint job on the frame, fresh polish, storage space and pull out Queen beds.
Hitch works great. Modeled to pipe sewage out to a house and water in (I can adjust this for the road, however).
I can see models of this caliber being worth over 100k in 10 years time.
This investment will pay for itself in memories or air-bnb in a couple years, WORTH IT.
