Great project trailer with tons of charm. Rear seating pulls out to double bed, as does dinette. Overhead bunk which is very roomy for two kids. Sleeps 5-6, Hard to come by, very roomy layout. Cabinets have been sanded down and are in very nice condition. Rear portion of interior leaks and will need to be taken down to walls and rebuilt. Siding is in very good condition and has been sanded is straight and clean. Plenty of head room. All original table, sink. stove/oven, refrigerator and cabinetry. Box full of original interior light fixtures. Propane tank is still present but i can not attest to it working. Water closet for toilet which is plumbed, but has no toilet. All windows are operational. Too big for my needs, looking for something smaller. Clear title, but will need to be registered. 16" long including tongue.
