Very nice condition for age. Please see photos for receipts of work completed to plumbing and electrical. The trailer has: - Very solid floor and sub-structure with no rot except for a very small area where the heater was - Straight body with no damage except small minor dings as is typical - Recently upgraded plumbing water and drain lines and hot water heater - All brand new windows and window sealant - Updated fridge - Much of the electrical system has been upgraded - Tires are very good and trailer is road-worthy to be driven across the country - Has a good spare tire (not pictured) - Registration is current - Will need an AC/Heat unit - Interior needs cosmetic updating
