Very rare, have not seen another exact model, 1961 Terry. Nicknamed "Ellie" after her original owner, this trailer was built in El Monte, CA and has lived her almost 60 years around the SoCal/NorCal area. We are 4th owners. Clean CA title, we just moved to MN from San Francisco, so you will have to register in your state. Tows straight and sometimes forget she"s behind me. Towed from CA behind a GMC Yukon with no issues. Also have towed with a Subaru Outback.
We are motivated sellers. Willing to also help with shipping costs if you are out of state.
We have way more money and time into Ellie than we are asking, as we want someone who will love her. We are preparing for an overseas move, hence the reason we are selling her. With a little more love she will be a show stopper. We are in the middle of inside projects but these are more cosmetic (curtains, installing cabinet hardware, trim etc), otherwise she is ready to camp in!
No leaks. 18" includes the tongue. Body is in good condition for its age, does have some dings and scrapes that are cosmetic. Beautiful vintage trailer in great condition! Lots of work has been put into her mechanical systems, but still are areas that you can add your touch and vintage style! Tons of storage and vintage details.

*New trailer tires (bought in April 2015 and less than 1,500 miles on them)
*Spare tire bracket and original rims (spare tire also new)
*New Atwood A frame Sidewind Tongue jack with caster wheel
*New Power Center for 110v AC, 12v DC & Converter
*New 12v deep cycle battery (purchased September 2015) with new electrical wiring, GFCI outlet and 2 110v outlets
*All new PEX lines/fittings that replaced the original cast iron and copper system
*New RV water heater
*New water inlet with pressure regulator and 1 way valve
*All propane lines have been tested and work
*New water storage tank
*New gray water line valve
*New 15 gallon portable gray water tank with connectors
*New Double Regulator, hoses, fasteners and 2 5 gallon LP tanks
*New LP/CO Detector & Smoke Detector
*New Tow Safety Chains, Breakaway Switch with Spring Cable and all new wiring at junction box
*Bearings have been degreased and repacked
*All roof exterior seam joints and vents have been cleaned and waterproof sealant applied.
All above work done by professionals at a respected Northern California vintage trailer restoration company. Have all paperwork.
