Vehicle description

Up for auction is my beloved 1961 Piper Comanche. Recently flown in Sept. 2021 and sold as-is. Great little plane with good passenger and baggage carrying capacity. These are becoming more and more rare. 60 gallon fuel capacity. Lycoming 180hp engine. Retractable gear. All in good operating order. Last annual was in May 2021. Had it over 2 years. Medical condition is forcing me to sell otherwise she may sit on the ramp indefinitely. Looks wise she is not a show plane, but paint is still in decent condition. Interior looks good. Full IFR package. Engine runs strong. Garmin 430 series GPS with WAAS. Newer transponder with ADSB out. Secondary 300 series Garmin for more situational awareness. Manual flaps. I flew her at least 1x per month and washed/waxed her regularly. Times shown below:
TTAF: 5600 TT Engine: 3273.11 TT Prop: 827.81 SMOH Engine: 1367.37 SMOH Prop: 318.08
Serial Number is: 24-2645 Tail Number is: N7455P
Logs indicate engine was overhauled in 1992. As for major repairs, logs indicate belly skin replacement in the early 90"s without listing a reason why, or additional repairs other than belly skin replacement. Full AD list will be posted in the pics. Latest logs as well. I do not have complete electronic logs but am willing to answer any questions. Maintenance logs I have go back to 80s/90s and there are some older incomplete documents as well. As of Oct. 2021 she needs a new transponder check and log entry. Was last done in 2019. She is located on the same ramp as a maintenance shop - Regal Air. If you choose "buy it now" I will deduct the cost of this from the total price.
Please do some research before bidding on this airplane, ownership costs, ferry costs, and insurance costs. Serious buyers only. Plane is located in Everett WA at Paine Field (KPAE). I have more pics than posted so let me know if you need a pic of a specific thing. I will not answer "newbie to flying" type of questions.
