1960-Airstream International I think it might be a Land Yacht or Trade Wind Regarding the number: 24 TS 0348 It is 24" from the rear bumper to the hitch (the body is 21"). The T means twin bed. Weighs 3100 lbs. Hitch requires 2” ball.
Comes with hitch set up as pictured.
This Airstream was build in the California factory and I believe in 1959 (number on the Plate 1159)
I have owned this Airstream for 12 Years. It has a clean Michigan title in my name.
I spend a lot of time working on it, refinishing the interior but keep it original except the flooring.
It is real Bamboo wood (my thought: a perfect match to the warm honey color interior). See picture .
The original Stove and Sink with the hand pump and the water filter looks like new.
The doors and drawers work as they should ( they were build to a high quality in the 60"s )
As you can see the sliding doors in the upper cabinet are aluminum on the outside (original finish is inside - you can flip them ) to match the aluminum of the cleaned inside walls and ceiling. All 5 windows are the original. The glass opens and closes as intended. The screens are also in good condition. All curtains are new and match the new Twin Bed cover (Has new high quality and comfortable mattresses that were never used).
In the dinette area the curtain matches the seating, which has new foam and covers.
All covers are removable for easy cleaning or washing.
There is a smaller water heater installed what was working years ago The furnace was cleaned , repainted and re-installed but wiring has to be completed.
I just installed a few lamps in the front to show the electric (12v system ) works.
I have all the original lamps but they are not all installed ( in case you want to install more modern lights like LED) .
The 110V system is in working order it just need the line to feed the fuse box.
The outlets and 110v lights have to be installed also.
The original back-up gas lamp is working too.
I have the original Bathroom cabinets with the old mirror doors, the folding doors (bath- and bed room ) and even the swivel TV mount (in the 60"s) what will be attached to the left cabinet.
The shower and toilet was working when installed but hasn"t been used since.
A gray water tank was added under the bath tub and the toilet is a newer one ( yes I have the original porcelain ).
There is no AC unit and I have not found a suitable refrigerator.
As you can see in the pictures there are some small dings and imperfections – better named as Patina. (even the dent front left )
As you can see also, the outside is very clean and was just completely polished The spare tire is original. (I guess the air in there is still from the 60"s )
New rims and tires were installed years ago but never used.
No cracking etc. The trailer was always on jack stands.
All the outside lights and the brakes work (good to go). The rear lights are new LED"s (I have the originals)
I described my Airstream as good as possible but I might have missed a few things.

Yes there is still a little bit to do but nothing major.
