Vehicle description

Cute little 15 foot trailer for glamping, photo booth, boutique or …? Wherever your dreams take you! Selling only because daughter is heading off to school soon.
This was orginally brought Florida from the western US, and I have kept it in the same condition as when it was purchased by me in 2015. New roof coating was applied last summer. (I have an extra can of coating for the winning bidder) All windows and door- except for rear window -have been re-screened. Matching propane tank.
Inside has a fresh coat of paint, new curtains and cushion covers. New black and white awning with poles, large “patio” rug, LG portable air conditioner, new ( used 3 times-very comfortable) mattress included! (Decor shown in photos not included) I designed the table leg in MacKenzie Childs meets-Cath Kidston style with chalk paint table surface. Door is painted with chalkboard paint. Original canvas bunk- can be used for a child’ bed or for storage while camping.Sleeps 2 adults and a small child ( dining area could be restored to make into a single bed but the table has been modified)
Propane stove and fridge have not been used, condition unknown, sink water line is good. One window has a jalousie pane that is cracked. Outside has the usual dings and dents for a trailer this age. Loads of storage in cabinets and under the dining seats, closets and in the “trunk”. No bathroom- however, some campers modify one side of the double closet to house a port a potty. Buyer will need to replace front wheel ( can still be towed and parked) and repacking wheel bearings is recommended. Sold as is. Buyer responsible for pick up/transportation.
