Completely restored from the floor up. Unique Murphy bed/ dinette table. Lift table up and use as dinette. Put bed down for night time. Leave all bedding on, you don’t have to make the bed every night. New floors, electrical, walls, insulation, cabinets, countertops, mattress, refrigerator, 3’ wide closet set up for portable air conditioner and room for port a potty, pantry is 18” wide, new exterior oil base enamel paint, roof vent, trailer wiring and lights, awning with poles, new tires, rims, etc., etc. Too much to list.
