Vehicle description

1959 Beechcraft Bonanza K35. TTAF:4649 HRS, Engine TSMOH: 128 HRS, Prop TSNEW: 37HRS. Annual due 11/21. This aircraft has had significant upgrades since it left the factory. It has new paint, and very recent leather interior. It has the following upgrades: KFC 200 A/P w/ Yaw Damper, Avidyne IFD 540, GNC 255 Nav/Comm, Garmin GMA 340 Audio Panel, JPI 700 engine monitor, Stormscope, Radar Altimeter, D"Shannon 3/8" Speedslope windshield, New D"Shannon Tip Tanks (20 gal/side), IO 520-BB engine (D"Shannon), Smith SpeedConversion w/flap and aileron seals, Shoulder Harnesses, D"Shannon Enlarged 3rd window and enlarged baggage compartment, panel updates (no piano key) Avidyne AXP340 transponder with ADSB In and Out, Cleveland wheels and brakes, LED landing light, AeroLED Strobe/Pos lights, Whelen tail strobe.
In the interest of full disclosure, the following items should be noted: Engine had a sudden stop at 62 HRS TSOH. It was dial indicated with crank runout of 0.0015" but it has not been torn down for NDE. I have flown it for roughly 60 hours with no indication of problems. There is a short crack in the windshield which has been stop drilled, and there is a short crack in the PAX side window that has ended at the vent window. These are shown in the photos. The auto pilot has been intermittent recently, and if I were keeping the plane for myself, I would probably do a glass panel install and put in a new auto pilot, but then the price would be higher and it would be the way I want it and not the way a buyer might want it. I do have all the components of a second KFC 200 A/P that I will throw in if that will be of interest.
