Vehicle description
This is a great little glamper camper. It"s a tiny house 14 ft long, 17 including the bib. I bought it from the original owner. That was in the Mohave Desert CA. I paid all the back taxes, got the clear title and towed it 2,500 miles across the country to my brothers garage in SC. This is what I"ve done on it since I purchased it in 2009. I replaced all the outside lenses that were missing or broken. Installed new brakes, packed the wheels, bought new tires. Installed new jack and I have the original wheel that goes on the jack. Put aluminum coating on roof. Replaced almost all of the outside screws with stainless steel. Some I couldn"t get out. Used NUVITE polish to buff out and shine the skin. On the inside I replaced the skylight with one that has a 12v light and battery. I put 1/4" plexi glass in the door window and one pane in the window beside the door. All the wood looked sturdy. There is water damage to the panel in the ceiling around the skylight but the wood is still sturdy. I just covered it with the decor. And a little under a couple of windows that I painted over. I tried to leave as much natural wood as I could but the walls had some marks that I just couldn"t remove. Replaced or updated wiring where needed and put in air conditioner and separate line. Installed water heater, pump and 10 gallon fresh water tank. Hot showers and hot and cold running water. Ice box was missing so I put fridge in with a separate freezer. Installed a heavy duty battery on bib. Replaced a soft spot in floor by door. Updated plug on bib. Installed locking aluminum dog door. Installed fold down ironing board in closet. Replaced the tiles and put new facing on kitchen cabinets. New cushions on benches and I built a bed out of cedar with a large storage area under platform. It has easy access with three doors that raise up from the top of the platform. All storage area doors are attached with piano hinges. All pipes redone with pvc and brass. The California Brown Bear and the S Carolina palm tree can easily be removed. I painted them over the polish. When this was all done I started my glamping trip back across country. On my way back to SC a couple of my running lights burnt out so I just replaced them all. A few hours later I realized that I had put too bright of a bulb in them and they were melting my newly replaced beehive lense. I took all of the bulbs out and put temporary tow lights on to finish the trip. Meaning to order and replace them when I got back. I haven"t gotten to it so the temporary lights are still hooked up. Everything works you"ll just need to replace the lense. The toilet also needs to be repaired at the base. It has never leaked. It is original and I felt It should be repaired instead of replaced. Otherwise it"s ready to camp in. It comes with 4 stabilizing jacks, three original. Original window where air conditioner is. Portable grey water tank and original jack wheel. The gas lines have been removed so the stove isn"t hooked up. My intention was to go all electric. I think that covers it but please get in touch with me if you have any questions. I"m selling it as is. Your welcome to come by and see it. Also it needs a mattress for the bed. Depending on where your located I"m willing to deliver for one dollar a mile. I also know shippers and would be happy to set it up for you. Thanks for your interest. Good luck bidding
