Extremely Rare-The Imperial Villa was one of the largest and most luxurious trailers produced by Spartan Aircraft Company. It"s a two-bedroom model measuring ten feet wide by 45 feet long and has three axles. With a generous supply of windows, the living room and adjacent kitchen and dining area have a comfy, open atmosphere - like that of a cozy cabin rather than a cramped camper - with the late 1950s styling/décor giving it a sleek, modern feel. This has been recently updated with new pex lines and a new electrical panel- comes fully furnished. Located in Dripping Springs Texas. Tires and axel are in good shape and it pulls great. Full restoration potential but also ready to plug and play or an instant guest house. Trailer staged for photos- not all artwork comes with trailer. There is no reserve on this auction!
