Vehicle description
Up for auction is a 1956 Tucker Sno-Cat Model 443. This machine is in well above average condition based on the year. Most of the time when these rare machines are found, they are in very rough condition. These machines are becoming very rare and hard to find. This cat does run and drive (please refer to attached video). On these machines the pontoons, tracks and rollers are the key components and high wear items on these machines that can get very costly and are unobtainable because most of these parts are not re-manufactured. The crucial, high wear items on this cat are in extremely good shape and will save you big money in a restoration. Cat is complete with all original parts. The cat was originally bought in 1956 by the US Air Force. It would be a great candidate for a full restoration to bring the cat back to its original beauty. But, if not, could be used as is in its current patina. When these machines are restored correctly, they can bring a mint in the collectors market. This machine has a Chrysler flatheat 6 cyl with a 3 spd manual transmission. Interior is cosmetically rough but all there and original. Please look closely at all pictures and refer to the video provided.
Cat is sold as is. No returns. Payment required within 3 days of auction ending via bank wire transfer. Buyer is responsible to arrange shipping or local pickup.
