1956 Spartan 450AG Executive Mansion.
52 Feet long.
A true time capsule trapped in the 50s.
All original interior with the exception of the fridgerator.
Two AC units will need servicing.
Floor has some tiles missing but we have replacement tiles.
Would recommend new laminate tiles.
Doors are all original aluminum with screen door.
Minor wear and tear on windows.
Have plenty of replacement parts.
Few pieces of paneling are coming loose, but all there.
Original aluminum underbelly which has typical oxidation from age.
2 bedroom, full bath.
A light, durable, and strong trailer.
Original slide out door steps made from galvanized steel.
Original Cast iron hitch coupler for a 2 5/16 ball.
Will need 4 new tires for sitting for so long.
