This Spartan is a one of a kind barn rescue. I put in new floors, repainted, left the birch interior as is, I like the rustic look, but it could easily shine again with a little varnish. All gas lines and plumbing lines are intact and work as they should. The original refrigerator and freezer get nice and cold. Even the old heater/summer fan system in the bedroom works. I replaced the old stove with a new Atwood 3 burner propane stove. The water heater works. I fashioned an adapter on the sewer pipe where the gray water (water from shower and sinks) exits so you can hook up a hose at an RV park. But you won"t need to worry about sewer waste because this little house on wheels has a brand new Nature"s Head composting toilet ($1000 value). The bathroom has been repainted, hope you like white subway tile look! New curtains for bathroom and bedroom (as room separators). The trailer comes with the couch, the two gray swivel egg chairs, the kitchen table and wooden folding chairs, and the full size IKEA platform bed and mattress. The rest of the decor is for staging the photos only and are not for sale.
The hanging light over the kitchen table has a short in it, I think, it won"t turn on. I ordered a license plate holder and it was the wrong size (it is taped up in the picture). The correct sized license plate holder is in the mail and will be installed before you pick up the trailer.
The breaker box looks brand new. All the glass is perfect not a single cracked window, all the windows with screens have their screens intact. She is a 63 year old trailer so she"s not perfect but I think you"ll find she looks remarkable for her age. The body is straight, no sag, the skin is near perfect. She just needs to be shined up! Would make a great Airbnb property, tiny home, or weekend getaway. She needs nothing, ready to be enjoyed now! Tows straight, has new tires, new wheels, AND new bearings :)
