I AM SELLING AS IS. NEEDS SOME RESTORATION. THERE WAS A ROOF LEAK. IT HAS BEEN RESEALED BUT THERE IS DISCOLORATION. MUST PICK UP NO DELIVERIES. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PAY AND MOVE FROM SITE. I CAN GIVE SIGNED TITLE, BILL OF SALE AND AGREEMENT THAT BUYER WILL BE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CAMPER DURING TRANSPORT AND THERE AFTER.
