Here is a gem. . vintage 1954 Ideal travel trailer. . Trendy for an Air B & B!
The trailer body has had recent detailing work done on all the lovely interior woodworking including new wooden flooring, decorative wooden trim around some windows and some new wooden walls. The space is light filled and airy. . with many windows.
Here is what there is: Original curved wooden walls and doors with some new trim here and there. There is the original kitchen sink and Ideal Dixie gas stove, all louvered glass panels in great shape. It has the original shower. . all drawer closet doors (including the bathroom sliding wood door) have working hardware. There is a newer electric hot water heater under the sink (it"s not been tested.) All electrical sockets and lights are working. . we have installed a new light fixture. See pictures that show the lights working. The trailer has 4 new jack stands and original latch coupler.
The roof seams have been cleaned and prepped for resealing. . some seams have been sealed.
All window screens are included, though currently not on the windows. Some of the screens may need re-screening though the frames are intact.
Here is what is NOT there: A title. Toilet has been removed but all plumbing is still in place, no heater, no propane cylinders, no fridge We have not tested the stove; the gas lines need testing. Original booth and bed.
What you have is the start of a great vintage restoration!
