1954 37ft Spartan Imperial Mansion Double Ender
This trailer has all the best features that Spartan ever offered.
It has a full bath with tub and shower, and a really cool rounded dinette which we reupholstered.
It also has porthole windows in the doors and the panoramic three window set-up in front and back.
Spartan absolutely solved the claustrophobic feel of trailers with the design of this model. EXTERIOR- - new wheels,tires,electric brakes, hitch, a-frame and jack.
All new 12 volt wiring including tail lights, marker lights, tag light etc, and full aluminum belly pan. INTERIOR- - New plumbing including all pipes,(in pex) all fixtures, water heater. The water heater has a switch on the front of the kitchen cabinet and an indicator light that lights up when the heater is on. The trailer has a new RV toilet (with porcelain bowl).
All new elec. sys. including plugs, outlets, power cord, fixtures and breaker box.
New 15,000 btu AC with heat strip.
New microwave. The original refrigerator has been refinished and works like new.
Bamboo flooring (real wood, not laminate).
