Vehicle description
Auctioning this 54-55-56 ranger pop up fiberglass trailer, extremely rare and 200 units were made in Anaheim California by Hille engineering, not very many left.
This trailer sat under a shade structure since the 90"s , and the side of the trailer holds old stickers reading "ACB SAR-search and rescue" so logical to assume it was part of a SAR group .
length of body is about 11ft plus about 5ft toungue and 6feet wide.
The condition of the fiberglass is decent for its age but has some damage (very fixable) and has been patched in the front, it looks to be sitting on a longer heavier duty frame, i believe the search and rescue did that.
All of the interior wood frame does have rot, window frames and mechanism need replaced and the pulley system needs to be restored, I had to lift it with help of two friends by hand. the taillights used are from a 53-54 ford . the trailer would need a full and totalrestoration. This trailer will come with a bill of sale , no title. Trailer is located in Albuquerque NM I only towed it a few miles, no wiring is hooked up, this is a total project. please email me with questions or call. 505-4891749 i have more pictures.
