1954 Airstream - $22,000 obo
This was a project that I was working on for my dad but did not complete. For sale as is.
Small trailer but good headroom. I am 6" 2" and my head does not touch the ceiling. Inside dimensions: width = 7", length = 15" Outside dimensions length = 18"
Trailer was torn down to frame. Frame was sanded down and repainted. Expensive sound deadening insulation under floor (And in walls). The belly was re-skinned in new aluminum.
Grey tank custom made in floor for shower.
Shower stall comes from a modern Airstream (Lower and upper pieces - fits perfect). I was going to use the floor plan from a modern Airstream.
I have all the original parts and the cabinets that were in it. When I purchased this Airstream, it did not come with a bathroom or kitchen. I am not sure what this model was supposed to look like. There was no indication that there ever was a bathroom or kitchen.
I purchased a few new replacement parts; such as shocks, new propane tank, and some lights.
I have awning hardware that I purchased for another Airstream that I will throw in at no cost. It consist of the two vertical arms; which are curved. It does not have the awning material.
The trailer is located in Chinle, AZ at Canyon Family Church (Check Google Maps).
Trailer could be towed by any vehicle because it is very light. I move it around using a hand truck. Temporary lights would need to be attached (You could get these at Walmart). I have carefully placed all of the parts inside the trailer so it is ready to go.
