We have decided to sell our 53 spartan. Our loss is your gain. This trailer is 63 years old and still going strong. We bought this trailer with the idea of doing her up. Which we have started. We are living in one end whilst doing the other end up. Our plans have now changed and we are looking at going overseas, so she can"t come with us. There is still a lot of the original items in the trailer. The windows are all original and they still open and close. One of them has a crack but other than that they are all fine. There are currently no leaks. There has been previously, but we have not experienced any. We don"t have a rv hook up so are not sure if the plumbing or electric works. She is able to be towed and was 2 weeks ago. From Shreveport to Delhi la which is about 3 hours. Before that she was pulled from Denton tx which was 4.5 hours away. There was no problems towing her. There are no current tail lights hooked up. You can just pull iher as it is or get temporary lights attached. The frame is solid with no dents. The inside is still all original teak wood apart from the back wall that we took out. If you have any questions please ask.
