This auction is for two rare Spartan Imperial Mansion restoration projects and you get our vintage Spartan parts inventory for the package price of only $10,000 cash firm!
"50dpwagon" ended our previous ebay auction on October 04, 2019 for $15,000. .Full payment was to be made within 14 days. . "50dpwagon" made a $5,000 payment on October 09, 2019 then another $5,000 payment was made on November 06, 2019. "50dpwagon" was to pick up the trailers today Sunday November 17, 2019 and pay the remaining $5,000 balance in cash. "50dpwagon" decided they didn"t want the 1953 Spartan Imperial Mansion Double Ender, claiming they didn"t know it was a "double-ender" and refused to pay the $5,000 balance due. .So, they have been and are in defult and we are relisting both trailers and our vintage Spartan parts inventory for the package price of only $10,000 cash firm to simple recover our time and costs accommodating "50dpwagon" .
I"m 70 years old and my Dad is 90 years old and recovering from a stroke. .we are tired! So, passing on our rarest vintage Spartan trailer projects to some one with more time and energy.
We"ve been doing this for years! Most often selling our Spartan projects before they were completed to folks who couldn"t find a vintage Spartan trailer that was economically restorable!
Both our Spartan Imperial Mansions are the most desirable models ever built, have nice clean frames, above average bodies, both need the floors and interior restored. .
It doesn"t matter if you"ve never restored a Spartan before. . Once you see the simple construction of the interior, you"ll realize any one with basic cabinetry skills can do a professional job. .
Our Spartan Imperial and Royal Mansion parts inventory, consists of impossible to find original vintage Spartan cabinets, hardware and etc. See, following pictures for details. .

Where most folks screw up buying a Spartan for restoration: Is they buy a project that is NOT economically restorable! They waste time and spend $3.00 to get $1.00 back in value when finished! I"m an educated buyer. .We made the buying mistakes and learned from them! That"s why we"ve been picky about the Spartan trailers we bought! It takes just as much time and money to restore the Spartan models that are not so desirable!
Our 1951 Spartan 36 foot Imperial Mansion S/N 36-51-488 has the boat tail and our 1953 Spartan 37 foot Imperial Mansion 37-53-11 (Oregon DMV License Plate #R561753 and Oregon DMV issued VIN #TRL92271) is one of the last rare double-enders built!
There are many modern restoration materials and ways to economically improve the finished projects I can share with who ever buys this package. .If, you follow my advise, there is no reason you should not make three times your investment!
Both our trailers are ready to tow. .You will need a 3/4 ton pickup or full sized SUV. .You will need a NAPA trailer light kit and 2" ball attached to your Class 5 trailer hitch. .we can deliver for a reasonable additional cost. .You will need at 24 foot or longer moving van to haul all the parts inventory stored in the loft of my hanger. .
I"m not interested in selling parts! ! So please don"t ask. .
