New window seals. Trailer is water tight. New oak floors and retro tile kitchen and bath. New tires and wheel bearings, towed 3,000 miles without issues in 2016. Full size bed with drawers reconstructed from original twin beds. Custom memory foam mattress. Original cabinets, counters, drawers, doors, and closets.
