Vehicle description
Spartan Mansion Double Ender 1952-53 Aluminum Travel Trailer 32"
I will personally tow the travel trailer to the front of my property the day you will come pick it up. Travel Trailer is 100% Gutted of interior walls furniture etc. I removed all the walls and furniture and appliances and threw everything away.
This is a great project RV. The exterior is in very good condition with minimal rust. Please see the photos for reference. You have to install new insulation, new electrical, new bathroom pipes/drains, new floors, new roof and everything else you will want inside. Highly recommended to have a professional do the remodel if you are not familiar with this type of work.
The tires I checked them on 7/24/2018 and they are very firm and full of air.
The doors lock on their own.
Any questions please ask. If you are unable to pick up and deliver this item yourself I suggest you use the website www.uship.com where you can get bids to move the RV Trailer for you. I can also do it for you but I will not be as competitive as these companies. Only willing to go so far this company has professionals that travel any distance.
The aluminum inside is in very good condition I recently pressure washed the walls for the photos of interior. I did not see any visible rust on the interior walls. The floor is vinyl flooring that I drilled holes in for drainage since it was used as a chicken house. I cleaned it out very good recently. I recommend you drive it out with a 4x4 only not worth risk of getting stuck with it on the sandy soil my farm has
