Welcome to our 1952 Aljoa travel trailer! Fifteen years ago, my wife and I began searching for the perfect vintage travel trailer to restore. After much research and hunting, we knew when we found it that this trailer was “the one”. It was important to us that as many key components were original and unpainted as possible. Additionally, we came to learn that Aljoa was a sought after brand, and that this particular model year includes their most detailed cabinetry. We began our restoration project by removing all of the aluminum skin, and addressing all structural issues that had developed from water damage over the years. We also replaced all rubber as needed, and addressed many of its cosmetic needs. The propane system and electrical systems were both redone, and we outfitted it to do what we love most: dry camping. To that end, we installed fresh water tanks, deep cycle batteries, a portable toilet, a portable grey water tank, and a rockin’ stereo system. We have had many wonderful adventures and have made many wonderful memories in our “Little Cutie”, and we were proud when she won the title of “Best 1950’s Trailer” at the Happy Camper Vintage Trailer Rally in 2009. Much work has gone into our Aljoa, more than can be detailed here, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have as the time has come for us to pass her on for someone else to enjoy. Local pickup only within two weeks of auction close, we will not ship. Paypal available for non-refundable $500 deposit only. Balance payment can be made with wire transfer, cash in person, or cashier’s check if transaction is completed at a local bank. Any form of check or paper payment must be cleared and funds obtained prior to pickup and trailer release. Sold as is, no returns.
