It has new tires, wiring for the trailer tow lights, some new weatherstrip for the windows,(not all windows) and some wood planks for the floor, i also have a new roof vent, but not installed yet. (only because the handle broke on the original one). It will need a mattress. The entrance will need attention as seen in the pictures. I dont see any water damage besides the entrance shown in pix and the door. . The trailer is still usable if needed. The trailer is registered and in my name, so I do have the title. it does have a closet, it has a fridge and stove, but i havent tried to use them ( and a extra mini one shown in pix). . no bathroom. maybe sleep 2,3 maybe 4. The trailer measures 14 ft and with the tongue 16ft total. Also the bed area is about 6 ft wide by 3 ft and about 7 inches deep. .
