Very straight trailer with minimal age related blemishes on the exterior. Exterior polished 3 years ago. New wheels and tires 3 years ago. Interior has some new- water heater, recessed led lighting, new insulation and birch panels in LR ceiling, new refrigerator, and flooring. Some refinished/refurbished- wall panels & cabinets, bathroom painted. Original axles and brakes. No leaks. Window seals are old and cracked, but intact. All windows function. Has awning and removable bra rock guard. Missing back step and screen door. Bargman door sets intact but no keys. Original Dixie stove, missing one knob. Original Furnace not hooked up, but there. Tow wire harness missing, 3 prong wire only. Trailer is in usable condition or a great original starting point for a refurbish.
