| “This is a 1950 Scotsman Camper trailer. It is gutted. No appliances. Some new interior walls. It is in good condition for its age. This is a project. The wheels are on, and it is ready to be towed. The aluminum skirting around the base has been removed to check for water damage. There is some, but it could be fixed easily. Two windows are broken, and the sky-vent is off. I have a tarp to protect from water damage. Some aluminum is bent around the edges, but all is fixable. It is in better condition than most I've seen.” |

This posting is for a restoration project. I have a 14 foot, 1950 Scotsman "Canned Ham" RV. NO TITLE! The trailer consists of the vintage shell, Trailer frame, axle with springs and good tires. All in decent shape. The inside is gutted, down to the wood, but ready for restore. Some interior walls have been replaced. A little water damage, but not bad, and two broken windows. I towed this trailer from NC to Orlando, and then to Houston then back to SC with no problems. The trailer pulled straight, no fishtailing, no axle or bearing problems. The Wheels and springs are on this trailer, although some pictures show them taken off. . It is ready to tow. There is an opening on the roof for a vent cover or air conditioner. I removed the aluminum skirting to check out the tires. This is sold as-is. No title.This will be a fun and profitable project.
