My trailer was renovated and semi restored about 5 years ago with new electricity, restored wood, and period soft goods etc. This is a vintage trailer and fully functioning lights, plumbing and tires, however it does not have holding tanks, air conditioning, or a bathroom. It did not come with these things so it is very original except for the updates mentioned. It is beautiful inside and out and has a metal repair on the curbside that was done prior to my purchase. I have keys to the door, and Texas title. Located in Austin Tx. Featured in a movie this year and a music video.
