1948 Columbia travel trailer, classic trailer. This trailer spent most of its life under cover in Arizona. I’ve never seen such solid woodwork on a vintage trailer that was all original! The interior wood, body and under carriage show no signs of water damage at all. The floor is beautiful sheet linoleum. The refrigerator works. All the electric works. This trailer is mostly original ,unrestored and very well cared for. The front seating area is new and has storage underneath. The bench across the front of the trailer is 33" wide and 88" long. It is designed to have throw pillows across the back and be utilized as seating/lounge/bed. That area could also be made into a bed that is 66"x 88". The back bedroom has its own outside door with screen, a cubby for linens and personal items along with drawers and a medicine cabinet on the wall. It also has bed that is 48"x 79" and a closet that will fit a porta potty or a regular toilet can be easily installed. All exterior lighting updated without taking away from the antique look. Masonite with Aluminum roof and steel windows. New paint job should last another 50 years!Windows are all good and function correctly and the exteriors got a new coat of paint as well. This trailer is 7.5 ft wide and the body is approx 22 ft long. Interior height is 6 1/2 ft.Ready to travel and show off at any vintage trailer rally with new tires and a clear title.
