A very original old California WWII Jeep which has just been removed from a long slumber here in the California desert. The engine was removed and detailed before installing the new clutch, the carburetor was rebuilt, a new battery and complete brake system including wheel cylinders all around and brake hoses and master cylinder. It runs well, shifts well and drives well, it wants to be driven. There is some play in the steering, the fuel tank needs to be cleaned out and the wiring harness probably should be replaced. Has five original combat wheels and the original factory identification plate affixed to the glove box door. With a very minimal amount of attention this is a great original survivor Jeep. It is available for an inspection before the end of the auction with an appointment. Has a clear California title.
