Things I have done to improve, inhanced to make this a better coach. Power satellite for DIRECTV New sticker vinyl super slide cover Repainted the entire top And back and due to clearcoat peeling. Replaced old crank up TV antenna with the king antenna. 2-70W solar panels. New flatscreen 32 inch light weight TV. Rebuilt the super slide electric motor and replaced hydraulic lines. Replaced plastic gear in bedroom slide. 3M front shield. Queen size air mattress. Tons of storage. No pets or collisions. New module for electric macerator toilet. Front three window mesh magnetic covers. Tire minder complete with tow vehicle sensors. Surge protector that is also a coil to prevent low as well as high spikes. Water softener which can’t be recharged with regular ionized table salt that I recharge every 200 gallons and does not leave spots or calcium buildup.
I have on this bus since July 2014 and have put approximately 20,000 miles across the United States from east to west and north to south and have never been stranded. This has a 400 hp Cummins with the atlas automatic transmission and has towed my 5000 pound jeep and 800 pound motorcycle effortlessly. I have climb to the top of the Rockies and through Vegas at 115° without a whimper. The Hydro lift was recently sold and removed from the rear of the bus. So now it will be 1300 pounds lighter. I have always maintained the engine with synthetic oil and have all service records to back it up. However I Did the last oil change and will include all the equipment to do it if the new owner so wishes, it was very simple and wish I would’ve started doing it sooner. I have been a full timer and still have maintained the bus on a continuous basis and exercise it on a regular basis. The tires are 2012 in great shape and I understand what all the blogs say and would take this bus to the East Coast at the drop of a hat with the tires that are on it because I have always covered them every time I have stopped for more than two days, if you would like close-up pictures I will be happy to provide. I also equalize the batteries once a month, they are over five years old, flooded Trojans and still work beautifully with 400 amp hours, the chassis batteries were new five years ago. I have taken care of, maintain and love this bus since I bought it, but now it’s time to upgrade. I owe 82K, but I’m only asking 80.
