2007 GMC 4500 Topkick Ambulance. Body by Arrow Manufacturing. Duramax 6.6 Diesel with Allison 6sp automatic. 198,069 miles. CDL not required.

All aluminum Ambulance body by Arrow manufacturing. Shore power plug for a/c outlets and battery charging. 12 volt dc to 110 volt ac inverter. Spray foam insulated. One piece “walk on” roof. All emergency and scene lighting still functions. Siren speakers are present but siren control module has been removed. A/C system blows cold in both the cab and the box.
Fleet maintained. Duramax engine is current on all updates. It has the DPF system and does not require DEF. The DPF system functions properly and regenerates during normal driving conditions. Recent brake work including pads and rotors on all 4 corners. Both air ride suspension bags have been replaced recently. Allison transmission shifts smooth and flawlessly. The engine brake works as it should when selected.
This unit is in excellent mechanical condition. I would not hesitate to drive this vehicle anywhere.
The ambulance exterior looks good for the age. There are a few minor scrapes and dings. Nothing major.
I bought the ambulance for an RV conversion. My work situation has changed and I no longer have the time needed to complete the project. I have removed the rubber floor mat in the box to prepare for laminate hardwood flooring. I have purchased a fold down bunk from a semi sleeper that matches the ambulance interior and a 15,000btu RV roof air unit that will be included in this sale.
You can pick up where I left off on the RV conversion or use it as a service truck. The body can be removed to utilize the Topkick as a hot shot rig or RV toter.
