This is a 1999 Bounder by Fleetwood model 37U . We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
Text 864 245 0730. The Ford V10 engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan gen works.
The engine or dash AC seems work decent, it probably needs a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 200 miles with no issues.
There are 2 AC units that works.
There are 2 furnace heaters, one works properly and the other either needs to be cleaned out or needs a new electronic board or similar.
The LP system works, Water Heater and Stove top function.
For tires. 2 front tires look good, no dry rot. 2 driver side side rear look good as well. 1 pass rear looks good and the outer is old, 1999 and it needs to be replace, 19.5 wheel size, approx 250 per tire installed The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. The jacks work. Needs a battery. We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 22 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
For the buy it now price of $19999 we will include the following:
oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator
Wiper replacement
Full tank of Gas and LP. New Tires. This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
